3 scallions |
Blend ingredients together Marinate in sealed plastic bags, turning often. Charcoal – open vents on bottm and top. Use hot charcoal to sear chicken, 3 min per batch. Move to side so not over direct heat and cover. Cook for 30 minutes Gas – preheat to high, adjust to moderate. Brown and turn for 20 minutes. Turn to low, cover, cook for 25-30 minutes or more. |
